Two Decades of Digital Innovation
Mesh Assist emerged from two decades of digital innovation. Born from MMG Interactive (founded 1999), a pioneering full-service web and application development company that built streaming platforms, SaaS solutions, and enterprise systems for start-ups, key strategic partners and multi-national enterprises.
Mesh Assist was launched in 2018 as a dedicated AI development and consulting venture. The platform integrated MMG's digital expertise with cutting-edge AI capabilities, leading to the rebrand as Fourth Mode. Today, Mesh Assist delivers enterprise AI solutions and products, spinning out successful ventures like Simpatico AI while partnering with global technology leaders including Microsoft, AWS, PwC, and Crayon.
We took Knowledge Plus SaaS public on the ASX (Knosys - ASX:KNO), demonstrating our capability to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. Our proven track record and decades of enterprise capabilities help fast-track AI projects from concept to production.
